With her decade of experience as a nurse, Enni Clarén knows well how important it is to be fully focused when meeting customers. Among other places, she has worked in an accident and emergency department, where she provided specialised care, at a health centre, and in a private home hospital.
In other words, Enni is well accustomed to a variety of working environments and in caring for patients different needs. A nurse should know how to act in any new situation:
“My personality is an important part of my work. It’s okay that there are different ways of doing things, as long as you focus on the task at hand.”
What is the most meaningful part of your work?
“It’s important for me to be able to work with my hands and see the results. It’s also great that there is always room for development and to learn something new. And of course, it’s wonderful to have satisfied customers.”
What is your typical day like?
“I provide types of aesthetic treatment that nurses are authorised to provide: hair removal by laser, photodynamic therapy (PDT), microneedling and wart freezing.”
Given your experience, what do you consider to be most important for general wellbeing?
“A nurse must make time for each customer and must be genuine with them. As I’ve gained more and more experience over the years, it’s become clear that this is one of my strengths. Many customers and colleagues have said they were very impressed with my calm and empathetic approach, and for being very precise and careful with things.”
