Payment is made as you book the consultation, and once you have received a confirmation message, you can upload photos about your condition for the doctor to view. The photos are transferred as an attachment to your patient records. After this the doctor will contact you at the agreed time either by phone of video connection, whichever you prefer.
Our video consultations are done using the Whereby service, a secure service designed for videoconferencing that runs in a browser. In other words, you do not have to install anything on your computer. If you are using a mobile phone, the Chrome browser works fine with it. If you have an iPhone, you must have the latest version of Safari (13+), or you can download the Whereby application on your phone.
